The Farm
Maple Wind Farm is a pasture-based livestock farm operating in Richmond and Bolton, Vermont for more than 20 years. The farm produces pasture-raised non-GMO pork, turkeys, layer and broiler chickens, and 100% grass-fed beef. The core of our agricultural mission centers around daily moves of our livestock, providing animals with the freshest pasture possible, while regenerating soil & water resources. Our certified organic, USDA poultry slaughter and meat processing plant allows us to bring these high-quality, regenerative proteins directly to our discerning customers.

The Position
We’re seeking a detail-oriented, passionate individual to become our Sales, Fulfillment and Inventory Manager. This position works with Direct and Wholesale Sales, improving order packing systems, tracking our inventory, curating and merchandising our on-farm market, and running our Home Delivery and On-Farm Pick-up programs. Candidates must be committed to a positive and effective workplace culture based on respect.

- Interact with customers through deliveries, pick-ups, and on-farm market
The Location
Richmond, Vermont is a small town just 20 minutes away from Burlington (VT’s largest city), and nestled on the western slopes of the Green Mountains. Vermont is known for spectacular natural scenery and access to a wide variety of outdoor pursuits such as skiing, hiking, fishing, mountain biking.

Wage is competitive depending on experience, and includes farm food, professional development opportunities, Worker’s Compensation Insurance - covering injuries on the job, and a monthly health stipend for expenses beyond health insurance coverage.
