The Vermont Foodbank seeks a new self-motivated, energetic Program Coordinator-Food Access. This full time, hourly, and hybrid position reports to the Senior Manager-Food Access Programs. Candidates must be within a 30-minute commute from the Brattleboro or Rutland distribution center. The primary components of this position include hands-on program support for VeggieVanGo events in Southern/Central Vermont executing distribution plans and communicating emerging needs to the Senior Manager of Food Access Programs. This includes field support, volunteer and logistics coordination, technical assistance, and community engagement, at VVG events.

This position is an hourly, non-exempt position. The starting pay for the position is set at $26.87 with eventual potential range ($52,793 to $71,425) placement based on years of experience within VF compensation equity roadmap.
