Join us at VTSU's Center for Agriculture and Food Entrepreneurship (CAFE) for a two-day workshop - "Introduction to Butchering I: Poultry, Goat, and Lamb" at Roma's Butchery, on October 21st-22nd, 2024! (Originally scheduled for Sept 9th-10th, now scheduled for October 21st-22nd)

This workshop, led by Elizabeth Roma of Roma's Butchery in South Royalton VT, is part one of a series on introductory butchering. This is a great opportunity to get hands-on training in the basics of butchering these meats. Participants will receive a certificate of completion, and can take home their prepared meats and an entry-level knife. Participants are able to register for any session in the training series that pertains to their interests.
