RFP for GMP/Organic Food Manufacturing Facility in Champlain Valley

Wild Branch Foods is seeking partner(s) to develop a shared use private kitchen and food manufacturing facility in Chittenden or Addison County of Vermont.  We are looking for existing food and health product businesses, member applicants, and/ or bridge loan investors to raise funds for the build-out and two year’s lease expenses for an innovative shared use facility. Wild Branch Foods will provide substantial food processing equipment and supplies, as well as facility design, and equipment necessary for GMP operations. Our company is currently making certified organic products and operates to CFR 21 nutritional supplement standards of the FDA.

 Potential Partner(s) will have developed business plans, existing products and sufficient cash flows to meet monthly bills and expand production capacities, or substantial cash investment as a bridge loan investor or applicant member of Wild Branch Foods.  We are ideally looking for individuals with extensive food and farming experience who have products, resources, and markets to bring to the project.  We are seeking up to three individuals or companies to partner with for maximum financial resiliency.

Wild Branch Foods is a collective of growers and food producers  who develop and manufacture innovative energy,  Botanical, and beverage products.  We currently manufacture 9 products and have provided private labeling services for other companies in the past.  We are seeking more members to help launch our products and build an innovative food/farm direct facility in western Vermont.
