Butchering Training Series with VTSU CAFE at Roma's Butchery!

VTSU's Center for Agriculture and Food Entrepreneurship (CAFE) is holding several butchering trainings in the coming months in partnership with Roma's Butchery. These are great hands-on opportunities to learn butchering basics alongside a master butcher. Whether you are a producer, a homesteader, or interested in pursuing a career in the industry, these trainings will level up your skills and confidence. Participants will leave these trainings with the meats that they have prepared, too!  Please see below for our offered trainings (click the training titles for more information and registration):
