Vermont First by Sodexo is hiring a Vermont First Facilitator to coordinate our best-in-class local food purchasing program covering our 12 accounts across the state, including University of Vermont. This job is based out of the Burlington, VT area with flexibility for 1-2 days of remote work.
Primary Responsibilities include compiling and analyzing local and regional food purchasing data, precepting a Graduate Food System Fellow, coordinating communication between Executive Chefs and Distributors for local purchasing strategic planning and product development, overseeing the Vermont First Advisory Board meetings and committees, and supporting marketing and storytelling about the program.
Bachelors degree in food systems, culinary arts, or nutrition with 1-3 years of supervisory/management experience or Masters degree in food systems or related field preferred.
