Seeking a reliable, flexible, hardworking, aggressively punctual, skilled person for greenhouse/high tunnel construction across Vermont for the 2025 building season - roughly April > November.

Must have reliable text, phone, email, transportation and driver's license, be willing to commute and travel for occasional overnight projects. Our projects are rural and widely dispersed across Vermont requiring the use of a personal vehicle to commute reliably to and from remote worksites. Travel expenses are reimbursed at the federal rate

Ideal candidate will have building/carpentry skills, experience with high tunnels or high tunnel construction, a real willingness to work hard, and not be afraid of moderate heights.

This position is physically demanding, but in a good way. Great pay for the right person. Must love dogs.

The position is full time, weekdays and weekends as needed weather dependent and starting around April 1, 2025.
