Confluence Behavioral Health

Confluence helps young adults with mental health and substance use challenges build strategies for healthy living. We have a farm to table program where young adults learn about land stewardship, organic gardening, farm-to-table food planning and healthy eating. Our goal is to help instill values regarding conservation, local foods, and healthy living.
